loving the new CHVRCHES song:
This album is going to explode when it comes out in september.
I can't think of a band that's gotten so much hype without a debut LP.
SIDENOTE: Lauren Mayberry, the band's lead singer, has a law degree,
wrote her master's thesis on femininity and the portrayal of women in
the media and declines offers from women's magazines who want to profile
her individually. People like this fascinate me. via: pitchfork
